Shoreline Amphitheatre - CA Customers Reviews
great show, decent venue, terrible “parking lot”
The performance itself was phenomenal and I would have not expected less of these amazing boys. However, the show started almost an hour late and it took an unusual amount of time waiting between opener and headliner. Plus, the opener had mic issues at the beginning which was really unfortunate but it happens.
It was awesome having cup holders, but the seats aren’t wide enough for larger bodies or to prevent your legs from touching others. There’s not really a bad seat at this amphitheater, but the parking is atrocious. It’s not a marked parking lot, but a gravel/grassy lot. We wandered around in the dark with primarily just the lights from headlights and our phones for about an hour, unable to find our car despite making note of where we parked when we arrived. It was honestly terrifying as just two women walking around in the dark after a big show. We couldn’t find anyone to help us either. I’ve NEVER had such difficulty finding my car after a large show, and tons of others shared this problem. The lack of signage/section labels, actual parking lines, designated drives through the lot, street/lot lights, and general organization of how they had people parked upon arrival really make us not like this venue as much as we could have. For a venue that fits over 7 thousand, you would think there would be a legit parking lot.
